DIBASIC ACID ESTER MIXTURE (MDBE)Dibasic Ester

MDBE is dibasic acid ester mixtures, also known as dibasic esters. Its a low toxicity, slightly aromatic, biodegradable environmental-friendly high boiling point solvent (coating universal solvent).

As a coating solvent, MADE has been widely used in automotive coatings, food packaging coatings and circuit board inks and other high-end coatings.

MDBE has the following important advantages:

1. Lower overall cost
2. Excellent dissolving ability, good compatibility with polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin, alkyd resin, epoxy resin etc.

3. Good leveling property, improve the gloss.

4. Increase the flatness and tightness of baking varnish, reduce the pinhole, fisheye, crater and other defects.

5. Promote to improve the flexibility and adhesion.

6. Improve covering power of pigments in some industrial coatings.

7. High boiling point, long distillation range, can help adjust the volatile rate of the entire solvent system.

8. Low toxicity, low odor, low water content, safe to use. Does not belong to a hazardous substance in the regulations.

9. Good stability, it wont generate oxidation and decomposition when natural stored.

10. Clean burning steam, high BTU.
