Pending : The inquiry is waiting to be solved. You can choose whether to accept the inquiry or not.
Finished: The inquiry has been completed, note: enquiries which purchasers closed will appear here.
Cancelled: The inquiry has been cancelled.
Step 2：Click "view details" to view the detailed information inquiry in order to decide whether you are going to receive the enquiries or quote buyers directly or message communication.
Why did my import fail?
If your import failed, the reason could be one of the following:
1) Your file's format does not match the format of the standard MOLBASE template.
2) Your information has not been filled in correctly.
3) You have changed the original file format.
