Supplier's Account

After users loging in, click 'My Account', and you can edit basic information there.

An uncertified seller can submit a valid company name, contact person, region, telephone number, and company scale and type, etc., and apply for certification. Once certified, parts of the information will be locked and cannot be modified by Supplier.

(1) Management of Inquiries and Orders

Users can also manage their inquiries within their account. A supplier can easily look through the inquiries from global buyers, reply to them or delete inquiries.

"My Inquiry"  and "My Demand" show your own inquiries to other suppliers and inquiries from buyers respectively.

(2) Management of your Products

MOLBASE suppliers can easily upload and download their catalog, and edit the products online.

You can edit your own products, update properties, prices, stock information, lead-time, supply capacity, etc. You can also upload your documentation, like COA, MSDS, Spectra, and so on, which will help you to reach a qualified buyer more efficiently.

Using the tag 'Add Products', you can either submit your product that has been identified by a CAS number or draw a molecular structure and add it to your catalog, which supports the input of a molecule with or without registry number (like CAS No.).

You can also upload your catalog by clicking 'Product import', as follows.  Download a template (*.xls, required fields: Product No., CAS number, English name, Purity, Package1, etc.) first. Follow the example to fill in the form and save it to your disk, and then click 'upload'. Please refer to the product uploading guide.

(3) Data Access Control

Suppliers also can 'select' suppliers by 'Region Control'.

Select the regions where your want to display your products and click 'submit'. Or select the regions you don't want to display your products and submit.

Be sure to select as many regions as possible if you are using region control, because your products and key information will not be displayed in the regions not selected. By default, your products will be open to all regions.

Suppliers also can choose to open your products to one or more your favorite registered users (either buyers or sellers) by 'Data Access User Setting'.
